Vacancy - Family Link Worker(s) - ongoing recruitment
The KidsAid Foundation currently employs a Family Link Worker who act as the liaison point between families we work with in our role helping children in Northamptonshire who have been bereaved, traumatised or abused. Although we have appointed to this role, as the charity grows and, due to the flexibility of the role, we are always interested in meeting other people who are interested in this role.
The job will be on a zero-hour based contract and paid at a rate of £30 per hour. The amount of work will vary and can be flexible in consultation with our Clinical Director and the charity's workload. The role will be based at our offices at 85 St Giles Street, Northampton but may also include visits to families where additional mileage may be claimed.
Because of the flexibility required, one or more people may be appointed to this role to work on a pool basis.
